The 2026 MAZDA CX-70: Enhanced Styling and Additional Amenities
The Mazda CX-70 launched to much acclaim in 2025—and in year two, the 2026 Mazda CX-70 moves the needle even further. A new black Mazda emblem and badging now adorn every trim, and select trims get additional amenities. Power and Performance
Under the hood, an e-Skyactiv®-G 3.3-liter inline-six turbo engine powers every trim. For the entry-level and midrange trims, this dynamo achieves 280 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. For the high-end trims, it outputs 340 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Both versions pair with an eight-speed automatic transmission and i-ACTIV AWD®, which delivers the traction and stability needed for confident all-season driving.
The performance credentials of this new Mazda SUV are further confirmed by the innovative Kinematic Posture Control® system. Long a standard feature on Mazda automobiles, this technology suppresses body roll and boosts steering precision and overall driving dynamics.
Cargo and Towing
When equipped with an available tow hitch—which can be installed at our Greenwood, IN Mazda dealership—the 2026 Mazda CX-70 can tow up to 5,000 lbs. Additionally, this model is one of the more spacious two-row SUVs around, and ideal for cargo-carrying. A maximum of 75.3 cubic feet of space is available with the second row folded down. Even with this row upright, you’ll still have 39.6 cubic feet to utilize.
Infotainment
The 2026 Mazda CX-70 offers the latest infotainment tech. All trims come standard with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and Alexa Built-in™.
